I decided to start this blog today because I have always been conscious of saving and spending my money wisely but I didn't know there was a community of like minded individuals.

A little over a year ago, I started to gain interest in stocks and index funds...so I started joining many groups on Facebook.  Some had good info, others had horrible info... but nevertheless, people were hungry for information on how to improve their financial lives.

In a majority of these groups, one recurring theme kept rising to the surface and it rubbed me the wrong way.  Honestly, I didn't speak up against it out of fear of being blocked and/or deleted. According to these people, the only way to wealth and the only way to be "smart" is to own your own business.  I don't own my own business (nor do I have the desire), I think i'm smart and I know I am on the path to building wealth....

so I want to PUSH BACK against that way of thinking.  I want to offer an alternative view and an alternative plan to wealth...just by being a good WorkerBee!
